“The Complementary Medical Association” and The CMA logo are Trademarks of The CMA. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. The CMA Trademark may only be used by Registered Members while still a Member in good standing.  If Membership ceases, then the Trademark and any reference to The CMA must be removed from any and all materials, including websites, certificates, brochures, promotional materials or any other format.

4. Registration and Account Security

4.1. Account Creation

To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update your information as necessary to keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The CMA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

12. Membership Terms

We pride ourselves, here at The CMA, on being highly responsive to and supportive of all our Members. We are contactable using the details above, should you have any questions, compliments or complaints. We ask that in the first instance of any query you contact us at our email address and we will attend to the matter immediately within one working day (please understand that we would take longer to get back to you during holiday times – such as our annual Christmas break, where we will respond upon our return). Please note that we will only entertain Membership refund requests after three months of Membership and only then when requested via our [email protected] email address. Any Member who raises a chargeback request via our payment processors, Stripe, will be liable for any fees we incur – if you have not raised a refund request with us first by email.
