Energetic, enthusiastic, intuitive, creative mixed race female inspiring positive, empathetic and has patience with others, a knowledge of fitness, health and wellbeing. Compassionate, considerate, supportive, gentle and good at problem solving with colour, variety and fun.
I have worked within education, fitness and health since 1996, both in the UK and abroad. My journey has taken me from roles in primary and secondary schools, colleges, community and leisure centres, to councils and independent businesses, before opening my own Pilates studio in 2010. In 2014 I opened a larger studio, with a colleague and in Spring 2019 4U Pilates & Wellbeing Studio was opened in Somerton.
I have worked with clients and students after 3 to 93+, beginners to advanced, pre and post-operative knee, hip, abdominal, foot, leg, hand and arm rehabilitation, Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.
“I know and understand first hand how life, injuries, operations, poor habits, lack of sleep and self-care can reduce your ability to lead an active energised independent life. I created 4U Pilates to empower people to take ownership of their own health and fitness and make effective life choices. Creative solutions to maintain and create an active, energised, balanced independent lifestyle. Learn and manage the changes that occur through the different life stage, through childhood, teens to Midlife and Golden Years. Learn what works for you in an integrated model of health, fitness and wellbeing.”
