After graduating with a BA(Hons) in Psychology from Manchester University, I worked in the corporate world for several years, before discovering the magic of Reflexology.​

I trained as a Clinical Reflexologist and gave up my corporate career to dedicate myself to helping others to benefit from this amazing therapy.​ I have also trained as an EFT practitioner, Matrix re-imprinting practitioner and I am a Chrysalis Effect specialist recovery practitioner for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.

In 2005 I opened Cheshire Natural Health, fulfilling my dream to create a centre of excellence where clients could benefit from a range of professional natural treatments all under one roof.

I support women in mid life who want to future proof their health by harnessing the power of natural medicine.
