I live in North Lincolnshire, love the outdoors, enjoy gardening, growing my own vegetables and flowers and take solace in the beauty of nature. I love wildlife, the countryside and have learnt to slow down and appreciate the value of the smallest things which I probably used to take for granted.
I have also experienced stress, burn-out and anxiety over the years. This means I can relate to what it feels like to endure the daily struggles life can throw at us and how that makes us feel.
After finding harmony for myself by trying various treatments I would like to help others find their inner calm and serenity within.

Established in 2021, I am a qualified in Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, as a Crystal Healing Practitioner, Hot Stones Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner and Bach Flower Essence Remedies Practitioner. I am fully insured, DBS checked and registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). I provide a mobile home service to Gainsborough, Brigg, Welton and surrounding villages.
