Hello 👋. I am a Music & Health Practitioner, Healing Facilitator, Song and Sound Therapist, Coach and Teacher located in South Cambridgeshire and East Hertfordshire, specialising in enabling you to heal yourself using music, sound, and voice.

I offer a range of services aimed at promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being, including;
• breathwork,
• song therapy,
• sound healing,
• vocal toning,
• and other modalities combined

With extensive experience as a vocal coach, singing teacher, music mentor, and song therapist, I focuses on holistic wellness and promote relaxation, meditation, and overall well-being.

I also work with young people, and children with SENDs, and trauma, using active listening to music, song therapy, sound therapy, and vocal toning for healing and therapy. Additionally, I provide songwriting for therapy and is branching out to offer a unique group sound bathing experience for healing and relaxation.
