As a recognised Canine Psychologist and member of the Complementary Medical Association, I specialise in supporting traumatised and rescued dogs through evidence-based behavioural psychology. My practice focuses on understanding the emotional, cognitive, and environmental factors that influence canine behaviour, particularly in complex cases involving anxiety, aggression, and trauma recovery.
With formal training in neuroscience, systems thinking, and canine psychology, I’ve developed innovative methodologies such as the Bio-Coloured Pathways Framework and the Human-Led Canine Paralanguage Method (HLCPM) to empower caregivers in fostering trust, emotional balance, and co-regulation with their dogs.
I work collaboratively with caregivers, dog behaviourists, and veterinary professionals to create humane, tailored interventions that address the root causes of behavioural challenges while strengthening the bond between dogs and their families. My approach combines compassion, professional expertise, and a commitment to advancing the field of canine psychology.
Whether it’s addressing separation anxiety, aggression, or post-trauma behaviours, my goal is to help traumatised dogs rediscover safety and connection while equipping caregivers with the knowledge and tools to support their dogs’ long-term well-being. I follow this mission through the “Dog Parentology Podcast” available on youtube and all streaming services.
