I am a Health and Wellbeing coach, mentor and trainer. I specialise in stress management, mental health wellbeing and nutritonal therapy advice. My clients obtain my support and encouragement knowing that they are working with a coach who has faced difficult experiences but has learned how to overcome them with resilience and positive thinking.
My goal is, and continues to be a desire to use my vision, and draw on my passion to provide my clients with the opportunity to transform their lives, overcome adversity, learn how to handle stressful situations, improve their mental health, wellbeing and increase thier self-worth.
My work with clients, indivdually and in groups, in both the private and public sector include a focus on the role that stress management can play in helping them to avoid or prevent the worsening of often preventable issues such as obesity, type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure.
In addition, I have coached and mentored students in higher education seeking, particular clarity regarding their goals, and maintenance of their mental wellbeing.
I use my knowledge, experiences and skills gained from my different roles in education and health coaching in order that my clients can achieve a sense of positivity needed to help them improve their mental health and wellbeing.
My Doctorate in Education, diplomas, certificates and accreditations in advanced stress management, mental health awareness, nutrition and well-being provide me with the training to work with clients who are committed to taking action.
Seminars and workshops which are run for organisations include a focus on areas such as mental health awareness, motivational goal-setting and well-being in the work-place.
