Sarah Dickens, Natural Juice Therapist, M.C.M.A.
Natural Juice Therapy (NJT) has been around in some form for many centuries. It has been used for the prevention and treatment of disease by some of the world’s most renowned leaders in nutritional therapy. Twentieth century pioneers of this approach include Dr Norman Walker and Dr Max Gerson. In our time, the benefits of vegetable and fruit juices are becoming more widely known through public figures such as Jason Vale, Joe Cross and Jay Kordich.
Freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices furnish the body with “live”, untreated vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates, anti-oxidants and enzymes which allow the body’s own healing system to function optimally. Through modifications of diet and lifestyle, including consuming a significant proportion of raw whole plant foods and juices, many improvements in health and wellbeing have been observed.
I received my training from the School of Natural Juice Therapy, a CMA-accredited training provider. I continue to maintain my knowledge and skills through ongoing personal study, CPD and refresher courses at the School of NJT. I am bound by the School’s and the CMA’s codes of ethics.
I work privately with clients, supporting them in changing their diets and lifestyles to discover their healthiest selves.
