Embrace your authentic self, and thrive in your uniqueness. Specialising in Psychological sciences with a focus on Health Psychology, I have a real passion for understanding health behaviours and developing psychological interventions to support behaviour change and long-term illness prevention. Experience within the NHS and therapeutic approaches to behaviour change as a qualified CBT practitioner with personal experience and education in the awareness of Autism, Down syndrome and other specific learning disabilities with a genuine interest in chronic pain, inclusivity and equality in people and the unique ways our brains work.
Nurturing the resilience in people to help recognise their capabilities by working collaboratively together, I look to support and embrace the differences in mind and body by striking balance in the bidirectional relationship between mental and physical health to meet realistic psychological goals using dynamic approaches aligned to the individual.
As a compassionate, empathetic, and active listener, I create a safe space for growth and transformation where you can feel valued and supported while providing respectful, person-centred care for optimal patient experiences. I offer online and in-person appointments, and time barriers when reaching out for psychological support, I will always remain flexible and open.
