Over the decades I have faced autoimmune disorders with chronic fatigue, digestive issues and IBS, brain injuries, emotional distress, burnout, anxiety and systemic stress. And each time, though treatments have offered much needed relief, it has been my eating habits and relationship with food that has given me a deeper knowledge of & connection with myself, and has guided me towards a lasting path of Balance.
