Hi, and a warm welcome to you – my name is Pat. Now in my mid 50’s, I have been a spiritual seeker most of my life, and have nearly 2 decades of experience working with sound therapy and 3 decades in teaching/training. I have studied with some incredible teachers, including Reiki I & II with Stella Chenery, learning the medicine drum and shamanic practice under the tutelage of Steven Ash for many years, and studying the gong with Aidan McIntyre & the Grand Gongmaster, Don Conreaux.

I run the Eagle Spirit School of Sacred Sound and offer a variety of CMA-accredited training workshops in sound therapy, specifically with the gong and shamanic medicine drum, and am also a registered practitioner member of the College of Sound Healing and the Complementary Medical Association.

I love to share my knowledge, built over decades of study and practice. My learning style is calm and compassionate – teaching is my soul work, and I learn when I teach.

I have many years of experience birthing shamanic medicine drums and rattles and running workshops, being also a qualified Lifelong Learning Tutor.

I also offer individual sound therapy sessions from my peaceful village home in the South Downs National Park, utilising the gong, medicine drum, rattle, and other instruments, and host regular gong sound baths.
