My aim is to help people find and change repetitive unhelpful/destructive behaviours, in areas of relationships, finances, career, etc. The reason why we have those issues is that we have learned to block good things happening in our lives, through our own limiting beliefs and fixed mindset.
Clients after just one session, will feel calmer, and empowered, they will find the answers they were looking for within themselves since I merely guide them to find their answers without influencing them.
I deal with STRESS & EMOTIONS, which are the number 1 cause of many mind-body (Psychosomatic) disorders.
So, if we heal that part inside of us, we will heal the problems that reflect onto our bodies. Mind and body are interconnected.
This combined approach I have adopted over the past many years works by addressing bad feelings, emotions, thoughts, unpleasant memories/events, and the way we represent them in our heads, which in turn, influence the way we behave.
How does my method work?
I help clients in destroying the bad references at a conscious or unconscious level.
I guide clients to reconsolidate their bad memories. Memories are not permanent; memories can be changed, and the feelings we once had, can be changed. When we change past references, the ways we felt and interpreted some circumstances, and the perceptions of that time, our life changes, we can take control of our life, our choices, our thoughts, our attitudes, and feelings. By changing what we do not want, we will be choosing to live a life by desire and not by default. We change mindset as well as the structure and function of our brain, at a cellular/Neurological level. Those changes can happen at “any age”. This is backed up by research in Neuroscience.
