I am a certified Reiki Practitioner in the Usui tradition, based in East Sussex, England. I am an intuitive and lightworker.
I work with the universal lifeforce energy/divine Spirit to promote healing and peace to the body, mind and emotions.
I offer in person, and remote/distance Reiki healing sessions, plus free consultations to those looking to work with me to restore balance and wellbeing in their body, emotions and their lives around them by letting go of that which no longer serves us, and promoting deep relaxation and restoration.

I have spent my entire life drawn to healing professions and spiritual light work, and in Reiki I adopt a personalised, unique and intuitive approach to the needs of those I work with.
