I’m a Sound Healer, Mindfulness Practitioner, trained wellness mentor and Usui Reiki Healer. I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to wellness, happiness and healing offering an open heart and mind to clients including Young People in South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Surrounding Areas.

Through my facilitation, I strive to support clients to restore, rebalance, relax and rejuvenate using Reiki, Sound and mindset and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. I offer regular sound baths in Coalpit Heath and Badminton as well as organising and hosting Wellness Retreats with a focus on Self Care, Self Love and strategies to support both including nutrition. Fortnightly, I offer a youth well-being group which includes creativity, self  care and emotional support.

I love collaborating with other local holistic practitioners, healers and business folk such as candle makers and artists to offer a wide variety of self care methods plus support local, independent businesses. I conduct Reiki and Sound Healing 1:1 treatments locally in Chipping Sodbury too.
