1:1 TALKING THERAPY:
Using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques to explore the causes behind your emotional suffering and how to overcome behaviours that harm you. This in-depth therapy is suitable for everyone, not only for those with a mood disorder.
Learn how to balance your emotions and name them, set goals for yourself to achieve and improve your relationships within your home, work and friendships. Working through your past experiences and any traumas, giving you freedom to enjoy your life. Typically, between 4 – 15 sessions are recommended, sometimes more, depending on your personal circumstances.

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION:
Using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques to reduce your feelings of stress & anxiety; reduce your negative thoughts and helping you to become positive minded. This therapy is also suitable for sufferers of chronic stress.
Learn how to create a positive chemical change in your brain, remove negative triggers that are damaging your mind and body. Typically, the 8 week practise includes a workbook and will cover all techniques to help you. Individual meditations are available.

RELAXATION THERAPY:
Using a range of techniques steeped in psychological evidence, Relaxation Therapy can
help you feel rested, calm and release physical tension and emotional tension. Your experiences and the stress in your life are taken into account. A practical approach to healing when ‘doing less’ is not an option. This in-depth therapy is suitable for everyone suffering with Stress & Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, Panic Attacks, Chronic and Mental Health disorders. Typically, the length of your treatment plan will depend on your personal circumstances.
