I’m passionate about empowering my clients to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful results in both their personal and professional lives. I help my clients assess their current lifestyle, gain clarity, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans to overcome obstacles and achieve success. I specialise in Vegan Nutrition (you do not have to be a Vegan!) and Menopause. I can help you with Vegan Nutrition, Fitness, Lifestyle, Trauma Informed Spiritual & Emotional Healing.
I am 45 and a survivor of Cervical Cancer. I have been in induced menopause since 2018 and I am almost symptom free (I get the occasional hot flush and that’s it). I am well read in cleaner eating and I try to avoid highly processed food and refined carbs filled with highly toxic chemicals.
I am not a 100% vegan, but I do try to follow this eating plan as much as possible. I still eat full fat dairy, and occasionally fish and chicken. I have a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) and I passed my NHS mid life check with flying colours. I would like to help my fellow soul sisters achieve something similar.
I offer a subscription service which is £30 per month (that’s just £1 per day!).
