I’ve been a holistic therapist since 2018 and absolutely love working with clients to help them live a happier life. My work brings together the mind, body and soul, ensuring alignment and empowering individuals to understand how the physical, mental and emotional work together.

I see clients at my welcoming practice located on the high street in Rainham, Kent which doesn’t have a clinical feeling to it, everyone who visits us says they feel as comfortable as if they were at home! I also offer online appointments for anyone further afield who would like to benefit from the work that I do.

I offer reiki, rahanni and crystal healing, as well as somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, the control system and intuitive guidance. We also hold wellbeing workshops and classes for those local to Medway.
