While dealing with my own battles of the body such as: chronic stress/anxiety, high-blood pressure, obesity, strokes, and migraines with aura; I used these situations to educate myself in various holistic modalities to manifest a better life for myself and others.
My Goal, to understand all of my clients one by one, teaching them how to create balance within their mind body and soul. Which will ultimately allow them to create better lives for themselves, leaving a positive footprint on the planet.
