I offer a mix of therapies and I can create unique packages for you.
My services consist of Spiritual Life Coaching where together we work to bring you back to being ‘you’. As you travel on your path through life, you may have experienced great loss, be in recovery from trauma and within this unsure of where to go to next; I can help!

We often lose vision of who we are, as within each difficult situation faced, a little bit of us remains in ‘that time’.
The spiritual life coach is a supporter and can be a light during these dark times.

I offer Reiki at Master level, I am trained within Usi Tibetan and Seichem Reiki practice. Within this I can combine the Reiki with the Spiritual Life Coaching to provide a well being recovery programme for you.

I also offer Reflexology, where the foot is massaged and reflex points within the feet and hands are located. These points are said to correspond with the organs of the body. I provide a relaxing environment through touch and massage with varying pressures to locate the reflex points. Reflexology can encourage relaxation, reduce stress and ease tension within the whole body system thus promoting feelings of an all over ‘body massage’. I also offer Reiki within this service to encourage deeper relaxation.

Completing my current services is a great passion of mine, Animal Reiki. This shares the same fundamentals as ‘human reiki’ but differs in practice and approach. Although this service is especially effective in supporting the well being of rescued animals who may suffer with separation anxiety and grief it is also suitable for all domestic pets.
