I am an integrative therapist specialising in healing emotional wounds. I provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore and understand their emotions.
I am a curious being and I always seek the meaning in everything, especially the meaning of our emotions, emotional responses, our mindset, and behaviour.
I love studying and researching and this led me to further my skill set by completing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and I am currently studying a doctorate in counselling psychology in London.
I like to write about the meaning of emotions on various outlets including Tiny Buddha, The Mind’s Journal, Brainz Magazine, Medium, Collective World (A creative network from Thought Catalog), and Elephant Journal.
In our sessions together, I combine talk therapy with various complementary modalities like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and kinesiology. This integrative approach allows us to identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that may contribute to your emotional struggles. Together, we will delve into the underlying causes of your emotions, learn how to shift them, and develop new skills for managing them effectively.
Drawing from my own life experiences and extensive training, my primary focus is to help women overcome childhood emotional wounds, cultivate self-worth, transform negative thinking patterns, and develop healthier behaviours. My goal is to support women in healing their relationship with themselves and guiding them towards a more fulfilling and positive life.
With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I am committed to walking alongside you on your healing journey. Together, we will uncover the tools and insights needed to navigate the challenges you face, fostering growth, resilience, and personal transformation.
Please note that our therapeutic work will be tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring a personalised and effective healing experience.
