Hello, my name is Bernice and I am a Holistic Life Coach Therapist

What does this mean?

As a professionally accredited and insured therapist for more than 20 years, I have created a series of treatments and as an Intuitive Energy Healer.  I made a conscious decision to bring together all of my skills and develop a gentle programme of transformational life coaching.

I achieved a professional Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) qualification accredited by the CMA, I was trained and mentored by Ali Campbell accredited by the CMA. I created an organic process in order to blend  NLP with my personalised White Balloon guided meditation.  I have found that client’s respond with immediate progress leading into wonderful transformations clearing habits, fears and blockages in our subconscious.

I am a Reiki Master – Teacher I trained with Michael Kaufmann in the City of London, I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation UK.

I am an oncology therapist, I trained and accredited with the Amethyst Trust and our Patron is King Charles III.  This work is deeply important to me as my healing brings peace and relaxation to client’s/patients at a time when they are feeling anxious, worried.  We use soft sound healing along with crystals, Reiki hands off and a deeply relaxing gentle guided meditation or without if they prefer.

For Holistic Life Coaching I work with people who want to move forwards, often feeling blocked or stuck and want to transform their lives moving forwards.  Work with me and achieve the results you deserve, fall back in love life…we can all get lost along the way in life at times.

I am a resident specialist in The Connaught Hotel in the Aman Spa, Mayfiar, London and also in Essex I have a treatment room in Emerson Park.  I have a wide range of client’s from busy working people to helping calm sets on TV & Film, Artists, CEO’s, MP’s and national press reviews from The Times, The New York Times, Stylist Magazine France, Professional Beauty  Trade Magazine, Spa World Magazine, Evening Standard.
