My passion is to use traditional healing techniques to reduce the stress of everyday life, using the power of the skin-brain connection and conscious cortisol (stress) control.
With facial yoga and massage techniques, we are able to reduce inflammation by incorporating this into our routine in the morning or the evening, harnessing the way that the skin talks to the brain.
Also, by borrowing techniques from the ancient Japanese art of forest bathing, it is possible to help our community control their stress response by consciously experiencing nature. Through breathwork and forest walking, chronic stress can be reduced.
