As a dedicated Neurodiversity Specialist Advisor and Guidance Coach, I bring extensive experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including autistic individuals, individuals with ADHD, and other cognitive differences. My work focuses on providing tailored guidance, mentorship, and advocacy, ensuring that every individual feels empowered to achieve their goals.
With a strong foundation in mindfulness practices, and neuro-affirming support, I am committed to creating inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. My qualifications include advanced diplomas in Autism and Neurodiversity, ADHD Coaching, Counselling, and Mental Health Awareness, enabling me to deliver high-quality support tailored to each individual’s needs.
I have extensive experience in fostering partnerships, enhancing workplace relationships, and advocating for reasonable adjustments and inclusive recruitment practices. My skills include managing group sessions, coordinating communications across various departments, and organising professional development opportunities. I facilitate a group and work in a social support environment fostering inclusion and providing growth through advice through Market Rasen Adult Autistic Social Support (MRAASG). I am passionate about promoting self-development, workplace inclusivity, and mental well-being, collaborating with various stakeholders to provide comprehensive support services, and inclusive training experiences.
Whether working one-on-one or with groups, I strive to foster resilience, motivation, and self-awareness in those I support, making a meaningful impact in their lives through compassionate and knowledgeable guidance.
Always very happy to offer advice or guidance to anyone when relating to Neurodiversity.
