Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping as it is also known is a very flexible and gentle way to release yourself from unwanted self talk or mindchatter, fears, anxiety, addictions, phobias, depression, limiting beliefs, core beliefs that need updating and the list goes on.
I first came across EFT in 2009 and was so blown away by it I decided to become a practitioner and in May 2011 I qualified. Since then I have helped many people with things like fear of lifts, fear of flying, physical pain, fear of buttons, depression, miscarriage grief, OCD and Hoarding Disorder.
