Hi I am Alison

I am a long standing Reiki master practitioner/teacher, Cystal Reiki Master/teacher and Animal Reiki, a certified level 3 Aromatherapist, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Nature Therapy, Mindfulness and I am a qualified Womens circle facilitator and family Celebrant.

My mission is to help people to feel better, on not only a physical but also a mental level, I have worked in mental health in the NHS for many years. I am passionate about helping to empower others, women in particular through the growth of sistership.

I practice from my home in rural Herefordshire on the Gloucester/Monmouthshire borders and will also travel in certain circumstances. I also run courses in Reiki and Animal Reiki. I am currently studying my level 4 Aromatherpy.
