As a natural health practitioner, I am interested in movement practices, energy and somatic work.

I aim to offer a friendly, relaxed learning experience to all students whilst passing-on the benefit of my years of experience and training.

Reiki – all levels (Western and Original Japanese) (certified courses) 

Reiki 1 (Shoden), Reiki 2 (Okuden) and Reiki 3 (Shinpiden) available.   I hope to offer Reiki experiences that give students an opportunity to develop as individuals.

I am also registered with the Reiki Federation.

Crystal Reiki  – all levels.  Please get in touch with me for further details. 

Reiki and Vibration Sound Work: I am trained as a Reiki Drum therapist, and have a profound understanding of sound and vibrational energy work.

Intuitive Energy Balancing: 
First and foremost, I am an intuitive energy worker.  I started on a Natural Healing path many moons ago.

Qigong and Tai Chi I have over 15 year’s experience of tai chi and qigong.

Movement for Therapists: over many year’s of experience, one of the insights I have gained is how integrated movement benefits therapists in different ways.
