Our bodies are designed to heal! All my work is rooted in that belief.
The body has an incredible innate intelligence. It already holds all the information to being healthy. It’s like there is a blueprint to the body’s health. The process of healing is therefore always one of self-healing. I can’t fix anyone. As a teacher and therapist I can however facilitate an environment of less conflict, in which someone feels safe and comfortable enough to come home to their true Nature.
This might require a lot of work un-doing all of the habitual holding patterns, re-educating the body, re-wiring the nervous system. In a world, that feels less and less safe to live in, and with life throwing so many challenges at us, that are simply too much to deal with, the process of healing can take time. But it is always possible to change the story of pain back to the story of health eventually.
