During the extensive training we are learning how to stroke a gong and techniques, handheld gong techniques, learning how to perform with crystal singing bows, tibetan metal bowls, tuning forks and numerous sound healing instruments from conch shells, shruti boxes, koshi bells, bird whistles, tongue drums to name a few. You will also receive an extensive manual.
