At the heart of our journey is Journeywoman and Sound Therapist Joanna Bilik. Gongfree offers an in depth sound therapy course in line with Don Conreaux’s teachings and legacy as well as one on one sessions, gong baths and private events.

During the extensive training we are learning how to stroke a gong and techniques with the 40 basic strikes, handheld gong techniques, learning how to perform with crystal singing bows, tibetan metal bowls, tuning forks and numerous sound healing instruments from conch shells, shruti boxes, koshi bells, bird whistles, tongue drums to name a few. We learn the theory and practice in depth. You will also receive an extensive manual.
