Lea is a pioneering cosmetologist, formulator, trainer, advanced aesthetician, and wellbeing innovator. She unapologetically embraces past, present, and future modalities to treat the client’s whole being. Her unwavering passion for inspiring others radiates warmth, and each unique formulation, treatment or screening is a transformative experience that has a lasting impact on everyone she touches.
Lea has decades of extensive experience in aesthetics, focusing on innovative uses of technology to develop customised and general non-invasive treatment solutions from 1997.
Since 2004, she has received numerous accreditations, including Intermediate Certification in Skincare Formulations. She specialises in eczema creams, cleansers, face masks, eye gels, and conditioners endorsed by HRH through The Prince of Wales Foundation for Integrated Health and became a Fellow of The Complementary Medical Association 2017.
In 2011, she became the first individual in Europe to introduce DNA Testing in the Beauty, Aesthetics, and Cosmetic Surgeons Industry. Lea’s passion for a forensic approach continues as Clinical Director at G-Labs, based in London on Harley Street. She uses an innovative approach to treating acute, chronic, or mild conditions to assist her clients, who are often in the public eye, in discretely achieving their advanced aesthetic and well-being goals.
Lea’s holistic and humanitarian mission is compounded by further education and so much more outside of aesthetics. Lea has had an invaluable background in diversity and inclusion since the early 2000s, when she was headhunted for the UK Racial Equality Council as an Administration Officer to define for all Public Sector institutions skincare deemed critical to health and hygiene for all ethnic minorities by gender, religion, and children. She also achieved several Counselling Certificates, including Suicide Awareness & Self Harm and Teaching in Adult Further Education, to enable her to empathise, engage and support her clients.
She is also actively engaged in various altruistic and philanthropic initiatives to enhance her knowledge and pursue her mission. These initiatives include The Kings Trust as a Service Delivery Partner for Social & Economic Inclusion, The Film & TV Charity, and any cause related to the complex well-being conditions that affect the performing arts, music, film, and television industries in the UK, USA, and around the globe.
