I am a Holistic Well-being Coach, Mind Body Practitioner and the Head Juggler at Mind Juggle. I love helping women break free of stress, anxiety or depression and discover a more balanced, healthier path to doing more of what inspires them. I employ neuroscience, functional nutrition and mindfulness tools to interrupt current patterns of stress and fatigue and create balance in mind, body and spirit. I provide coaching and workshops online for the greatest flexibility to accommodate geography and time zones. 


I had a long and successful career as a human resources leader and had the privilege of helping hundreds of teams around the globe. I met so many amazing women from all backgrounds who had the same challenge that I had - struggling to keep too many balls in the air every day between work, family, friends and other responsibilities. Chronic stress and busyness can make you feel like you are just a hamster running on a wheel. I believe every woman has a unique contribution to make and I am passionate about helping them find peace, calm, focus and energy so they can have it all.
