Paul Snooks

As a Father, for over twenty years, I understand the importance of nurturing developing minds and personalities. The psychology of children can be a fascinating collage of malleable emotions. This is a subject I have always wanted to pursue further to add academical knowledge to my experience.  When I was diagnosed with Cancer I had time on my hands, time I wanted to use positively. I began to study Psychology to expand my understanding of how the mind works. Overcoming Cancer was a catalyst for putting my education to practice. I am now educated in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Child and  Young Adult Mental Health and Wellness, Depression Counselling, and Bullying Awareness, REBT, and Child Psychology.

I'm a very strong believer that everyone deserves to be well both physically and emotionally and more than anything I belive that is possible, and will strive to make it possible for all to achieve.I use a number of varied approaches to my work, choosing to adopt a way that suits my clients requirements rather than a fixed way.

I want everyone,  child or adult to know there is help out there and they are not alone, I want to give support and help to them, like i had.
