Dr Alan Ball

I set up Rosia Bay in November 2018 after having retired from my work as a CEO in the corporate sector.

Always an empathetic leader, I studied for my masters degree in Coaching and graduated in June 2019 from the University of East London with a merit, and achieved a distinction in my dissertation which focused on the impact of positive psycology interventions whilst dealing with stress.

Following on from this, I then studied as a NLP practitioner and latterly a Counsellor focusing my practice on areas including

Life Coaching

Stress Management

Counselling in areas of anger management, divorce and seperation, anxiety, stress and depression and self harm.

I was bought up to care and empathise with others, my mother was an NHS Nurse and so that caring mentality was all around us as we grew up. I deeply care for people who are struggling and are having a difficult time coping or managing their issues and problems.

I entered the profession after gaining qualifications which allow me to support a wide range of clients and do this to make a difference and help clients accept change and mopve forward.
