Anna Haynes

Anna Baudrain-Haynes NT is a fully insured and registered CMA member with 10 years clinical experience in Naturopathic Nutrition

Anna has been committed to her own health and well-being for over 20 years, to include 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition.  Over this time, she has developed a keen insight, aptitude, and understanding when resolving complex health cases and chronic conditions.

She offers interventions and strategies that are based on information gathered from lengthy and detailed questionnaires and Functional Medicine investigation alongside DNA genetic profiles (Genetic Nutrition).

Anna considers genetic pre-dispositions and genetic potentials, whilst seeking to identify underlying toxicity triggers.  Whether nutritional, biochemical, epigenetic, viral or environmental toxicity, all toxicity loading potentiates chronic disease.

She then combines her skills in kinesiology with knowledge of Functional Medicine testing and Naturopathic Nutrition to provide clear direction with proven strategies to resolve these complex conditions.

Anna enjoys working in partnership with those who show real commitment, who really ‘do want to get better’.  In turn, she hopes to engage, inspire and motivate her clients to live the most abundantly healthy life possible.

Anna is upbeat and seeks to engage, inspire and motivate clients with clear direction and proven strategies.  Engendering self-responsibility as she understands recovery is a holistic process.

Anna’s chosen specialism is working with those who have neurological and toxicity related conditions; Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), Benign Fasciculation Syndrome (BFS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), targeting underlying nutritional and biochemical imbalances, viral and toxicity triggers that could be contributing to your illness.
