Hadadi School of Thai Yoga Massage

Hadadi is a school of Thai Yoga Massage and a way of sharing the teachings of this beautiful ancient healing art. Often called the Sacred Dance, Thai Yoga Massage is an act of loving kindness and meditation in movement between two people. 
 
Hadadi offers introduction workshops, practitioner qualification courses levels 1 and 2, and advanced modules for Thai Yoga Massage in Lisbon, Manchester and elsewhere.

Hadadi is Hebrew and means 'reciprocation'. In Thai Yoga Massage there are always two people on the mat, with the giver receiving the trust of the receiver, and the receiver giving that trust to the giver. It is a meditation practice as much as therapy form, with both people giving into the present moment, and receiving a deep connection from the heart. As much as you give, you receive back in loving kindness. It is like an echo (the route of the word Hadadi (Hed) in fact means echo!).
