Menopause and Peri-menopause are challenging times for women. I believe working with the body is the best way to maintain health. I have found in my own menopause journey that nutrition solutions can have a positive effect upon symptoms.
Reflexology can be so supportive to reduce stress, thereby reducing symptoms such as hot sweats and anxiety.
