Three simple habits to adopt to bring in the calm, build your confidence and self esteem and to live through your unique talents and strengths.
Modern life is stressful and so many of us get caught in the trap of using stress to help us cope when we could, if only we knew how, work through our self-belief, our confidence and self-esteem to grow. So I have developed the 3 Keeper Habits based on more than 30 years of worlking with people.
I am passionate about fixing the gap in our collective knowledge of how to ‘do life’ free of anxiety and stress. We are rarely and sometimes never taught how to use our magnificent minds to support us and release our talents and strengths. I am also continuing my private practice and working in person at Hambledon Health and online with clients to improve their resilience and help them make breakthroughs in dumping the stress and anxiety. Clients are shown how to improve their life, build resilience, self-belief and access their strengths and talents in their way using my unique blend of psychological approaches including CBT, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy.
