Since 1995 I have run a  practice in London and in this time I have held a variety of talks and workshops throughout the UK. I have had the privilege of being invited to work with groups and individuals in Europe, America, South Africa and India, which led me to the realization that all cultures have the same dilemma in life.- the need for self love.

Over the years I have gained extensive knowledge of The Human Energy Field and Breathwork, and I teach at an education facility called Return To Essence which is affilicated and endorsed by the CMA
