I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology, Public Health, Functional Nutrition . I am also a health professional specializing in Functional and Integrative Health, as well as Functional Nutrition.
Health has always been my passion, and I’ve dedicated myself to research and education in this field. Over the years, I have written numerous articles on topics such as vitamin and mineral supplementation, diet-related chronic diseases, food labeling, and the development of healthy eating habits. My goal is to bridge the gap between nutritional science and public health policy by promoting evidence-based strategies to prevent and manage chronic illness.
In addition to my academic and professional work, I am an active volunteer. I take part in educational and advocacy efforts that support the health and well-being of my community. Promoting healthier lifestyles—both at the individual and societal levels—is not only my professional focus but also a personal mission.
