I work with women with a late diagnosis of ADHD. I help to overcome overwhelm, mum guilt, ADHD paralysis and burnout. I do this by helping to build simple unobtrusive routines into your day. I also help build up your self esteem, help you see how awesome you already are and help you to see all the small wins you overlook on your way to your dream life.
