I am a holistic practitioner currently based in South Wales focusing on naturopathy and energetic medicine which includes homeopathy, Usui Reiki and bio-resonance technology. My passion is to assist others to find clarity and harmony in our fast paced modern world and to help them gain balance of mind, body and spirit. When the mind is clearer, balance can be attained and true healing of the whole person can be initiated. My focus is on the individual as a whole, working with them using naturopathic principles focusing on gut health and aiding the body’s detoxification channels along with sharing modalities such as mindfulness, meditation and truly looking within oneself to uncover what may be limiting the individual in their lives and hopefully being a catalyst so to speak so that the client themselves feels confident and positive moving forward on their healing journey. .
