Graduating from the University of Sheffield School of Education I specialised in working with Communtities usings creative Arts as a vehicle for social inclusion.
In my personal time I studied Shamanic practices and now combine my qualifications and skills providing Spiritual/Life Coaching programmes and short courses, Meditation workshops and classes, and Feather Stone Energy Healing, whilst continuing to work towards my Shamanic Practitioner qualification, completing in March 2025.
As the owner of Shamanic Studio Grimsby I host individual and group classes/workshops using meditative practices to enhance self-awareness and connect to the creator within.
Specialising in Literacy and Language in Contemporary Society as part of my post graduate research, I encourage clients to explore how the language which they used has shaped thier personal narratives, drawing upon Arts practices, such as; Forum theatre, throughout my workshops, to empower individuals and provide a safe space where all voices can be heard.
