I am a Accredited and Registered Integrative Trauma Informed Therapist with the BACP, NCPS, CMA and registered with UKRCP. I am qualified to work with Adults, Children and Young People.

I am the Founder & Clinical Lead for Butterflies Therapy, Wellbeing & Training Centre C.I.C based in East Sussex supporting adults, children and young people that have experience Abuse and Trauma in their lives. I have worked in the filed of Abuse and Trauma since qualifying as a Therapist in 2002. I have undertaken Trauma Training with the Grove, Wealden Institute, Somatic trauma Training with Babette Rothschild, Children’s Accelerated Trauma Therapy Training with Trauma Psychology UK.

I am a Clinical Supervisor providing supervision to qualified counselors/therapist, students and workers in the Mental Health field to support their work.

I am a tutor and teach CPCAB Counselling qualifications from L2 through to L5 and have worked with teaching organisations such as CPTA and Lambeth college.

I worked as a Clinical Lead for 3 1/2 years with Place2be providing school based therapeutic services. I have also worked with National & Local organisations such as Breaking Free, Survivors UK, Survivor’s of Suicide, NHS Primary Care Counselling Service, Nuffield Health and Health Assured EAP Services.
