My name is Satya Dunning and I am a Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant, HDNC and MCMA. I trained at the School of Natural Medicine where I graduated with a Diploma in Healing Diets and additional immersion studies in Herbal Medicine, Healing Diets, Iridology & Naturopath, Quantum Botanicals and Flower Essences.
As a fifty year old racially diverse woman, my relationship and journey with food has been rich, challenging and healing.
I know the challenges of going through the menopause and the evolving healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, gut dysfunction, ADHD and pattern of emotional eating.
Using tasty food as medicine to foster vitality and maintain health whilst exploring the emotional and mental patterns at the root of your relationship with food, dietary and lifestyle choices, I collaborate with you to nurture the best diet and lifestyle behaviours for you and your constitution.
Every person is unique, so the programme of nutrition and healing diets we co-create together is bespoke, educational and broken down into manageable steps.
Whatever life stage life you’re at, whether you want to overcome emotional cravings, lose weight, are going through the menopause, want to increase vitality and energy, include yourself more, improve gut, bone, brain and joint health, or any other health and lifestyle goals you may have, I am here to partner with you.
I do not use protocols to treat and cure disease and do not diagnose disease either but, I am skilled to help you increase health.
Though my focus is on women, I am also delighted to work with men in my practice.
I am also a whole foods and plant-based diet advocate, but I would very much enjoy working with you if your diet includes animal based foods.
