I am Rebecca, and I am a Transitional life coach based in Southend-on-Sea.
Having trained in various mental health and mindfulness modalities alongside coaching, and being a frontline mental health volunteer and M/H first aider in the local community, I have created a carefully blended and fully supportive programme of mindfulness based craft workshops for promoting overall emotional wellness and coping for daily life – whilst incorporating transitional coaching support to assist with moving forwards towards growth and transformation with confidence and a refreshed mindset. My workshops are held in our peaceful and fully insured space in Southend-on-Sea. All workshop attendees are also invited to our free monthly zoom support group sessions.
Craft Your Calm Mindfulness and Wellness workshops with crafting, are a great way to relax and unwind while also improving your mental and physical health. They offer a unique blend of mindfulness and wellness practices, and crafting activities, as well as advice and guidance, that is curated to help you reduce stress, develop coping strategies, increase focus, and boost creativity and emotional wellness. My Craft Your Calm kits have been specifically designed to be used during each session to promote presence, calm, mindfulness and openess and are included with your session.
My workshop sessions run on Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings and include topics such as:

4. Mindfulness and Gratitude Journaling and Therapeutic Writing

5. Men’s Mental Health and Mindfulness session
All workshop sessions offer a safe space for support and sharing through the medium of craft and have discussion around self-care, confidence and self-esteem boosting, mindfulness strategies, emotional intelligence, transitional and transformational coaching support and promoting positive behaviour as well as topic centred discussion, advice and support around specific wellness and mental health challenges

Going through a significant change in your life can be both challenging, overwhelming and anxiety provoking, and adapting to the changes in life can be tricky and in some cases scary.
Transitional coaching is a valuable process that provides guidance and support during those significant life changes. It helps you to focus on making the most of the opportunities presented to you, and encourages you to build on, nurture and enhance your own skills and experiences to push forwards whilst being offered full support and encouragement without judgement.
I am here to help you understand and manage the stressors, to provide clarity amidst the chaos and to help you to set goals towards coping, re-framing, conquering and transformation. I will also assist you to develop the tools that lead to resilience, growth, success and empowerment.
