Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a specialist qualification which incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy and mindfulness, and is, to my knowledge, the only hypnotherapy qualification approved by the British Psychological Society.
