Since 1990, I have carried out an intense artistic activity in music, singing, theater and writing. I obtained the Theory and Solfeggio license at the G. Nicolini Conservatory (Piacenza) in 1997 and the biennial certificate in Music and Instrument Didactics – CEMB Method (Milan), in the same year. I studied opera singing and some techniques of the Voicecraft method, and I attended a classical guitar course for many years at the Ateneo della chitarra (Milan). I have gained many years of experience in teaching (singing, guitar, choral singing) and I founded a modern celtic trend group (period of activity: 2000 – 2014). I have won numerous artistic and literary awards. I am still in business with art and writing.

I obtained the three-year diploma in Naturopathy (AEMETRA – Turin) in 2008, specializing in Flower Therapy (Bach Flowers) and, later, in Naturopathic Counseling (2014). In 2015 I obtained a certification from the OBOD (Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids), on ancient Celtic knowledge of deep connection to nature and its cycles. I have been a Reiki Master since 2006. I have perfected my studies in Life Coaching and Psychobiological Wellness Counseling (Uni.Psi – Turin 2017). In 2018 I obtained the certificate of Regression Hypnologist (Past Life Regression School of Antonio Valmaggia) and, in 2019, I created the Holistic-Psychosomatic Naturology™ brand. Since June 2021, I have created the concept “Il Sentiero del Tau”, a subgroup of the brand, with the following purposes: “Sensory Path” experiences – “Forest Bathing” techniques – “Holistic Art in Nature” meetings.
