I am a board certified lifestyle medicine practitioner with a passion for empowering and supporting people to make lifestyle change to prevent, treat and reverse chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes and cancer. I work with clients either 1:1, in small groups or in wellness workshops providing education and coaching in the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: a healthy diet, regular physical exercise, stress management, restorative sleep, detoxing and emotional wellbeing.
