Farhat is a dedicated practitioner with an extensive background in alternative health medicine and a proud member of The Complementary Medicine Association. In 1992, she began her journey studying Homeopathy at The Scottish College of Homeopathy. By 1997, Farhat had become a Classically Trained Homeopath, showcasing her commitment to mastering the art of holistic healing.
In 2014, driven by a passion for integrative health, Farhat founded Health Sanctum, a sanctuary for those seeking alternative healing methods. A year later, she expanded her expertise by undergoing training in Hijama Cupping Therapy, an ancient practice known for its therapeutic benefits.
Always keen to enhance her knowledge and skills, Farhat delved into Therapeutic Energy Kinesiology (TEK) in 2017. This was closely followed in 2020 when she graduated with a Diploma in AIFIDN from the American Institute of Functional Integrated Dry Needling, underlining her commitment to a multifaceted approach to health.
Most recently, in 2022, Farhat achieved certification in Phlebotomy and IV drips, further diversifying her repertoire of alternative health modalities.
