Hi! I’m Tracy a trained professional practitioner with over 18+ years experience working in the field of Lower Limb Care including Lymphoedema and Lipoedema within the NHS 

I decided to broaden my training, skills and knowledge with further Holistic & Complimentary therapies.

I am now an accredited Reflexologist, Foot care Practitioner, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage practitioner & Holistic Therapist . Plus incorporating my Lymphoedema, Lipoedema and Lower Leg knowledge to offer my clients services that can be difficult to access.

My aim is about the importance of all things relaxing, rejuvenating and stress-releasing!
