Hi I’m Rhona, owner of Heartstrings and Forget Me Not Holistic Therapies. I’m based in Cleator Moor in West Cumbria.

I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher, Access Bars Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Wellbeing Coach and Reflexologist. I’m also trained in Hopi Ear Candling. I’m planning to add Indian Face Massage to my practice in July of this year. I hold a weekly Meditation Class in Seaton near Workington and monthly in The Senhouse Centre in Whitehaven.

Had an amazing reflexology session earlier this morning very relaxing. I’ve had a heavy fuzzy head for a week, could feel it lifting through out the treatment by the time I got home my head was lighter. Rhona is lovely and explained the treatment beforehand. Would highly recommended ❤️👣x
