Hi I’m Rhona, owner of Heartstrings and Forget Me Not Holistic Therapies. I’m based in Cleator Moor in West Cumbria.
 
I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher, Angelic Reiki Practitioner, Access Bars Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Wellbeing Coach and Reflexologist. I’m also trained in Hopi Ear Candling. I hold a weekly Meditation Class and a monthly Women’s Circle in Seaton near Workington. I run regular evening Retreats and also once or twice a year, Weekend Retreats. My Therapy Room is a safe inviting space for you to be heard and feel nurtured.

I am a non-judgmental, caring and compassionate soul. Listening is a very important part of my role as a Holistic Therapist and I pride myself on this. My own holistic and spiritual journey is continual to ensure balance for my mind body and soul.
